Two bedroom bungalow suitable for applicants over 55 and have a requirement for a bungalow due to medical needs. Pending an assessment for this type of accommodation and will also need to meet the bedroom size requirements,if we exhaust list,will consider families with a medical need.Within walking distance to Morrisons,Aldi and close to bus routes to Birmingham,Bromsgrove Town Centre,Worcester and Redditch.Tenancies will be let on a calendar month basis. All new tenants to our general need’s properties will receive support from a bdht Housing Officer for the first 12 months of their tenancy. This will be reviewed at the end of the 12-month period to identify whether additional support is required.
