Sheltered one bedroom bungalow suitable for applicants over 55 with a need for this type of accommodation.If we exhaust the list will consider over 50’s with a need for this type of accommodation and pending an assessment and will also need to meet the bedroom size requirements.PREFERENCE WILL BE GIVEN TO APPLICANTS WHO ARE CURRENT BDHT TENANTS WISHING TO TRANSFER AND ARE UNDER OCCUPYING.Close to local shops,bus routes to Birmingham and Redditch and Alvechurch train station.Tenancies will be let on a calendar month basis. All sheltered housing tenants will be entitled to our Sheltered Living service which will mean there will be a scheme co-ordinator available on the scheme and to provide support to maintain your independence for as long as possible. The charge will be £52.28 per month and is included in your service charge payment within your service charges there is an independent living charge which depending on your circumstances you may be responsible for as this may not be covered by benefits.
