Throughout the year hold events for charity and afternoon tea along with fish and chip nights. There are beautiful gardens all the way round the scheme, with lots of places to sit. Large communal lounge, library and kitchen that can be used by all residents. There is a library in Wellesbourne which is a short walk from the scheme which holds lots of daily activities. Car parking on site, a lift, a communal laundry room with 2 washing machines and 2 dryers. There is a guest room on site if family or friends wanted to stop.
