On offer is a self-contained, 1 person bedsit within an independent living scheme for those aged 55 & over, where you can enjoy privacy and an independent lifestyle but with peace of mind knowing that help can be accessed in the comfort of your own home, should the need arise. Located within the beautiful setting of Alcester which is a beautiful town and very community driven. There is plenty of local amenities including a park, a general store, a Waitrose, pubs, cafes, a chip shop, library, pharmacy, Drs and Medical Centres. Communal facilities available to tenants include several communal lounges, a communal kitchen, laundry facilities as well as communal grounds which are impeccable and have been awarded several awards for their outstanding beauty. There is also a guest flat/suite on site for overnight stays for visitors of residents, which is booked through the Scheme Office. You will also find several community groups that offer a wide range of activities for residents to get involved with.
