Local connection in the first instance: • He/she was born in the parish of Southam or their parents were ordinarily resident in the parish at the time of birth • He/she currently lives in the parish of Southam and has done so for at least the past 12 months; • He/she currently works in the parish of Southam and has done so for at least the past 12 months for not less than 16 hours per week on average; • He/she previously lived in the parish of Southam for a period of not less than three years; • Currently he/she has a close family member (mother, father, brother, sister, son, daughter) living in the parish of Southam who has done so for a continuous period of not less than three years; In the second instance satisfies any one or more of the criteria above but in respect of any adjacent parish.
