In the first instance: They were born in the Parish of Fenny Compton or whose parent(s) were ordinarily resident in that Parish at the time of birth (1) Currently live in the Parish of Fenny Compton and have done so for at least the past 12 months (2) Used to live in the Parish of Fenny Compton and did so for a continuous period of not less than three years (3) Currently work in the Parish of Fenny Compton and have done so for at least the past 12 months for an average of not less than 16 hours per week (4) Currently has a close family member (mother, father, brother, sister, son, daughter) living in the Parish of Fenny Compton and who have done so for a continuous period of not less than three years. (5) In the second instance: Satisfies any one or more of the first instance criteria above but in respect of any named adjoining Parishes namely (1) Watergail (2) Burton Dassett (3) Avon Dassett (4) Farnborough (5) Wormleighton In the third and final instance: Satisfies any one or more of the first instance criteria above but in respect of any other Parishes in the Stratford-on-Avon District and for reference only the extent of each Parish referred to in this definition are shown on the attached Parish Location Pian.
