Three bedroom house suitable for applicants with a 3 bedroom need max 6 people. Preference will be given to applicants on the housing register not existing bdht tenants. Tenancies will be let on a calendar month basis. All new tenants to bdht will receive support from a bdht Housing Officer for the first 12 months of their tenancy. This will be reviewed at the end of the 12 month period to identify whether additional support is required (rent level is subject to confirmation).
