If we exhaust the list will consider those over 50, with a need for this accommodation and pending an assessment. Will also need to meet the bedroom size requirements. Within walking distance to local shops and bus links to Bromsgrove, Redditch and Birmingham. Tenancies will be let on a calendar month basis. If you expect to pay some or all of your rent yourself then our preferred method of payment will be by Direct Debit. Rent level will be subject to confirmation. All sheltered housing tenants will be entitled to our Sheltered Living service which will mean there will be a scheme co-ordinator available on the scheme and to provide support to maintain your independence for as long as possible. The charge will be £50.37 per month and is included in your service charge payment. This means if you are entitled to full housing benefit you will not pay this charge yourself. (rent level is subject to confirmation).
