Stour Court is a dispersed scheme with 11 houses and 30 bungalows. On offer is a 1-bedroom, self-contained mid terrace bungalow within an independent living scheme for those aged 55 & over, where you can enjoy privacy and an independent lifestyle but with peace of mind knowing that help can be accessed in the comfort of your own home, should the need arise. Stour Court has a communal laundry with 2 washers & 2 dryers which work on a rota system. We also have a communal lounge which can be used for our events & activities and can also be used for residents for larger occasions & events. We allow 1 pet per home, but this is subject to a risk assessment due to communal grounds around the property. There is a local bus service which takes us into Stratford-Upon-Avon but the majority of what we need can be found locally including a bank, post office, dentist, opticians, hairdressers as well as 3 small supermarkets. We have a local venue which holds regular events as well as a library, sports club, and several places to eat out. The security and wellbeing of our customers is of paramount importance too; there is a 24-hour emergency call system and a Manager available during office hours so you can relax knowing help will be on hand should you ever need it..
