All sheltered housing tenants will be entitled to our Sheltered Living service which will mean there will be a scheme co-ordinator available on the scheme and to provide support to maintain your independence for as long as possible. The charge will be £50.37 and is included in your service charge payment. This means if you are entitled to full housing benefit you will not pay this charge yourself.
