This property may be let on a Fixed term tenancy basis. All new tenants to our general needs properties will receive support from a bdht Housing Officer for the first 12 months of their tenancy. This will be reviewed at the end of the 12 month period to identify whether additional support is required. A charge for this is included in your rent for this service and will be withdrawn when you no longer receive this support. (rent level is subject to confirmation).
