Every week we publish a list of available properties. You can read this:
- On the Wychavon Home Choice Properties Web page;
- At any of our Wychavon offices, Civic Centre, Pershore, Evesham Community Contact Centre or Droitwich Community Contact Centre;
- At Rooftop Housing Group offices, Evesham;
- At Spa Housing Group offices Droitwich;
The list is published on Tuesday morning.
You have until 12 midnight on the Monday a week later to place a bid.
You can bid by:
- Using this website;
- Visiting our offices, staff will help you if you need it.
- Telephoning the bidding line on 0845 270 0557.
- Text messaging via your mobile to 07781 486 644.
You can only bid for :
- Two properties in each bidding cycle and
- Properties for which you are eligible.
If you change your mind, you can withdraw your bid and place a bid for a different property.
